I got a 2007 Matrix, it was great until it rained, they replaced the refills and the blades, but refuse to replace the windshield wiper arms because if they do and it still happens it will prove the car is a LEMON. I can-not see out the windshield with the wipers running. I gave them pictures

Budget Rent A Car (D Street Location) is a really great place for car rentals. You can always find a nice selection of cars and SUV's to choose from. The staff are very courteous and the cars are always clean. I have gone to other car rentals where the cars weren't clean and the attitudes left

Everything was great until they they charged me a $25 pad folding charge. I rented the moving pads for $10, asked them what do I do when I'm all done, they said put it in the bed. I did exactly that, infact I only used half of the pads and the rest were in a pile. They said there was a sticker

This dealer was very helpful in buying my car. but pulled a lot of low tricks on me while purchasing my car from them my car was not aligned so they added 80psi to one tire so the car would go straight had a blow out on the freeway because of it luckily no real damage was done car had paint

Be very careful and make sure you have someone sign off on your truck and don't just drop it off. We wer charged an additional $93.00 that we are still disputing two weeks later for going over mileage when we DID NOT. We actully returned it with about 5 miles to spare with NO additional charge.

Easy In & Out! They are located In The Turlock Auto Mall right next to the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Subaru Dealer off the freeway in Turlock Hwy 99 at the Fulkerth Exit. They gave me a great price and the Chrysler Aspen Limited was clean and nice to drive.

These are goo people, better than Enterprise. Had a far better experience and sometime you can get an upgrade for free.

Very poor customer service. Long wait, made too many mistakes, and really bad service. I ended up with a was missing a hub cab, scratches and tar marks, inside was dirty and smelly, dog hair everywhere, and smells like wet dog. Stay away from that silver Jetta.
