The young man, named Jake was new to his position, yet gave us excellent customer service! He listened to our frustration from a competitor rental co. and made sure we were taken care of quickly and comfortably. Although he was new in the office, he went out of his way to accomidate us.

Great customer service, low rates, they seem to really care. They do not force you to add extras to your rental. I love using them. I know that Dollar and thrifty are basically the same company in some Northern states. I say this because I gave a bad review to Dollar in Savannah Airport. Thrifty
