I have to say that I am completely and unexpectedly surprised with Avis here at O'Hare. When it comes to big airports, you usually get impersonal service.

If you need to rent a car they are def the ones to go to. The prices are reasonable and they are polite. They will pick you up when you need the car and also drop you off when you return it. I give them an A+++!
