My experience with this U-Haul was very dissatified the employee,and that employee was a female who processed the ordering of the trucks. She was very rude, and unfriendly and less informative about their services.

I rent from this location faithfully. The young ladies there are sincere and sweet. I recommend them to everyone especially when getting a good deal.

There is always a truck waiting and they are so helpful. They explain everything to you and help you with everything that you would need to move. They also answer all the questions that you can have.

My car was in the body shop and I needed a rental car. I resquested an american car and they told me that they didn't have any on the lot and they would call me the next day if they receieved any. I didn't receive the call the next day so I called them, they stated they still didn't have any.
