 The car was a Honda Civic not a Chevy Cobalt as per web site. This was not a problem but as I begin my trip the car feels vauge and tracks poorly. Then the tire pressure sensor light comes on the dash. I went to check the tires and find four different tire pressures ranging from 40 to 20 Lbs.  The cars are not wrecks. they're almost new, very clean and there are a variety including mini-vans. Rates very reasonable. They even opened up one year on C'mas Eve just for me.
