Called from texarkana was put on hold for over 11 min befor gave up poor service

Dishonest! Took advantage of my mother in law who was visiting from another country. Lied and told her 22 dollars a day, returned the car two hours later and they charged her 69 dollars, when I asked about the increase in price they simply said coverage fees. I will not suggest their company

Using your facility is much cheaper, easier to access and you have a much friendlier staff. Rented several cars from here in the last two years and will continue to do so.

These folks are GREAT! They are waiting at the airport for you when you arrive and the shuttle ride is only 2 minutes. Pick up is a breeze with no hassles and drop off is the same with a quick ride back to the OKC airport. These folks will bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service

I had never tried this company before because they aren't located right there at the airport but they were cheaper than the others so thought I would give them a try this trip back home to see my family. Boy, am I glad I did! These folks were waiting at the OKC airport for me with a shuttle.

I made a confirmation online with this company, the next day I called to upgrade my van, and the company told me they never received my confirmation, that they couldn't find it on their system, and so they made another reservation for me. I rented the van, and returned it on time. I got charged
