I had to cancel a rental van for a two day rental (canceled on Friday for a Saturday/Sunday rental). Was informed that there would be a charge because I did not cancel within 48 hours.was charged $25 fee to cancel the resrvation. Not pleased with this type of service toward the customer.

I've rented minivans from this location several times for vacations, etc. They've always come through for me. No surprises. Just good curteous service.

Anytime my husband and I have needed to rent a truck or needed equipment everyone at the office has went out of their way to help and we have been treated with respect.

This place was so nice after all the stress of dealing with insurance companys and trying to deal with hertz i gave up and went to enterprise and they had me in a car in 5 min. plus they even gave me a free upgrade on a car to a suv.

Had a repair for a oil sending unit at MTM. The repair was done fine, but the service technician indicated that I nneded to spend another $1000 for a water pump. I had a pressure test done at another repair shop and found that I did not need to replace the water pump. This is the second and

Great customer service! Excellent work & prices too! If ever in need of a rental car, they have the best prices around! Always have went above and beyond for us, even picking us up at home and taking us to their lot to pick up our rental! Highly recommend these fabulous folks!

Enterprise is well known for their excellent customer service. I would like to compliment them on a young man who drove me. He was so well mannered and very enjoyable to talk to. I wish I had gotten his name, so I could send a personal compliment

They really did pick me up just like they say they do. They gave me a great car (Nissan Sentra with 100 or so miles) at a reasonable price. There wasn't.

I didn't wind up actually buying the car because I figured out how expensive insurance on it was going to be and decided I like eating and drinking more.

Getting the car. dropping off the car. both less than 20 minutes. I was able to get into a decent rig when my POS broke down with less than 24 hours.

I have used these guys off and on for years and I have always had good service

They have always treated me great and have provided a good product as well. Any problems that ive ever had have been cleared quickly and appropriately and they get me in and out of their office very quickly. I wont rent anywhere else.
